What it does:
In EQUINET, you can link several horses to a single client profile. That means if you shoe multiple horses for the same owner, you only have to enter their contact info once.

Every farrier knows the pain of repetitive data entry.

With EQUINET, you:

  • Keep your client info centralized
  • Quickly switch between horses when logging appointments or history

When scheduling appointments, you can select multiple horses at once. Although EQUINET doesn’t yet support automatic recurring appointments, you can easily duplicate existing ones to follow each horse’s shoeing cycle — no need to start from scratch.

  • Create an appointment with all relevant horses
  • Use Duplicate Appointment to manually schedule the next visit, adjusting the date based on each horse’s cycle
  • If you’re scheduling far in advance, you can simply leave the notification options unchecked to avoid sending early reminders — and notify the client later when the time is right

After finishing an appointment, you can create and send an invoice directly from the EQUINET app — no need to wait until you’re back at your computer.

  • Australia: Integration with Xero or QuickBooks is required to send invoices to your contacts through EQUINET
  • US: You can create and send invoices to your contacts without connecting to a third-party accounting tool

Not using Xero or QuickBooks?
If you just want an invoice report, you can still export it from EQUINET without using any third-party accounting tool.
