Yes. Our EQUINET Core plan is always free—you can download that now and get started right away. We also offer a three-month free trial to the EQUINET Premium and Premium for Teams plans. (This offer is available for first-time subscribers only.) After your trial period ends, you will begin paying the monthly fees or you can downgrade your subscription to EQUINET Core.
No. You’ll need to download the EQUINET mobile app, sign in, and select your plan on the app. To get started, visit the App Store for iPhone/iPad or Google Play for Google devices.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by accessing your account settings in the upper right of your app screen. If you upgrade, you’ll have the upgraded access immediately. If you downgrade, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribe to one of our paid plans (EQUINET Premium or Premium for Teams), you’ll be prompted to provide credit card information at the start of your free three-month trial. Once your trial period ends, your credit card will automatically be billed monthly for the ongoing usage. You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the app or by emailing usa.equinetsupport@mustad.com. If you cancel or downgrade, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Our Teams plans start at $69, which includes 1 owner + 1 seat. You can purchase up to 22 additional seats (24 total), and you can increase or reduce the number of seats at any time. Adding seats takes effect immediately, and reducing seats takes effect from the next billing period.
No. EQUINET will retain all of your data as long as you have your account. If you downgrade your subscription to Core, the premium features will be locked, but your data will still be there. You can always access those features if you choose to upgrade again.
The only way your subscription would lapse would be if your payment method (e.g. credit card) expires before you update it. You’ll receive reminders to update your payment method before it expires. If you don’t update the payment method, your Premium features will lock and you’ll only have access to the free EQUINET Core plan until you update your payment method and resubscribe.
Yes. Once you’ve activated your account in the mobile app, you can access your account at Web App. Please note that invoicing is currently only available in the mobile app, with web support coming soon.
Please note: the free trial is only available the first time you subscribe (not if you re-subscribe later).
The EQUINET services are provided pursuant to the EQUINET Terms of Use (the “ToU”). Section 12 of the ToU describes certain terms and conditions related to the “Premium Subscription” services provided by EQUINET including the services term, the auto renewal of that term, the cancellation of the “Premium Subscription” services and refunds. You can cancel your “Premium Subscription” at any time by accessing your account settings and clicking the “Cancel” button or sending a cancellation email request to usa.equinetsupport@mustad.com You will receive a confirmation email of your election to cancel the EQUINET services.
