Notes, photos, and invoices all work offline. You can add visit notes, take photos of the hoof, and create invoices before you leave the barn.

Automatic sync uploads everything you did offline as soon as your phone gets a connection again, on the road or back at home. There is nothing to press.

To work offline, follow the steps below:

1. Open EQUINET at the barn, even with no service
2. Choose the horse and add your visit notes as usual
3. Take photos of the hoof and create the invoice just like you always do
4. Each note, photo, and invoice saves right in the app on your phone. Nothing waits on a signal, so you can move on to the next horse
5. When your phone is back online, EQUINET syncs automatically. You don't need to press anything to sync
6. Your notes, photos, and invoices land on the horse's record, and people you share the horse with see the update once your phone syncs. (Read: Complete History)
