The EQUINET services are provided pursuant to the EQUINET Terms of Use [URL HERE] (the “ToU”). Section 12 of the ToU describes certain terms and conditions related to the “Premium Subscription” services provided by EQUIMENT including the services term, the auto renewal of that term, the cancellation of the “Premium Subscription” services and refunds. You can cancel your “Premium Subscription” at any time by accessing your account settings and clicking the “Cancel” button or sending a cancellation email request to [URL/E-MAIL HERE]. You will receive a confirmation email of your election to cancel the EQUINET services.
