Yes. Our EQUINET Core plan is always free — you can download the app for free now and get started right away. We also offer a free 30-day trial of the EQUINET Care, Premium and Business plans (This offer is available for first-time subscribers only). After your trial period ends, you will automatically begin paying the monthly fee or you can choose to downgrade your subscription back to the free EQUINET Core plan.
No. You’ll need to download the EQUINET mobile app, sign in, and select your plan on the app. To get started, visit the App Store for iPhone/iPad or Google Play for Android devices.
You can change your subscription plan at any time through the store where you originally purchased it.

- Select the subscription.
- Choose the new plan you want to switch to.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app.

- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription.
- Choose the plan you want to switch to and confirm the change.

If you subscribe to one of our paid plans (EQUINET Care, Premium or Business), you’ll be prompted to provide credit card information at the start of your free 30-day trial. Once your trial period ends, your credit card will automatically be billed monthly for the ongoing usage. You can cancel anytime through your account settings in the app or by emailing australia.equinetsupport@mustad.com. If you cancel or downgrade, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Every paid plan (Care, Premium and Business) lets you grow your team: add extra seats for A$19.95 (NZ$19.95) per seat per month. You can increase or reduce the number of seats at any time. Adding seats takes effect immediately, and reducing seats takes effect from the next billing period.
No. EQUINET will retain all of your data as long as you have your account. If you downgrade your subscription to Core, the paid-plan features will be locked, but your data will still be there. You can always access those features if you choose to upgrade again.
The only way your subscription would lapse would be if your payment method (e.g. credit card) expires before you update it. You’ll receive reminders to update your payment method before it expires. If you don’t update the payment method, your paid features will lock and you’ll only have access to the free EQUINET Core plan until you update your payment method and resubscribe.
Yes. Once you’ve activated your account in the mobile app, you can access your account at Web App. Please note that invoicing is currently only available in the mobile app, with web support coming soon.
