To reschedule an appointment, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to the dashboard
- Click on "Schedule"
- Select the appointment that you need to reschedule
- Click on the "Edit" button
- Change the date and time of the appointment as required. Tip: you can click on the "Date & time" field and select the suitable slot for the appointment through the calendar view (it also guides users based on the length of the shoeing cycle of the horse)
- Click on "Save."
If you selected the option to share an email/SMS notification, your contact will receive an email/SMS with the updated date and time.
